The Chronicle has started a cooking school with classes for $50.00 each available to the public. On Saturday, October 11, and on November 1 from 2-4 p.m., Janet Fletcher, columnist of "The Cheese Course" in Thursday's Wine section of the Chronicle will prepare a few cheese dishes, as well as teach how to assemble a cheese tray, offer tastings of her favorite cheeses, and talk about wine pairings.
