Sponsorship would be appreciated, but not necessary

The Cheese Board is holding a class at 7:00 p.m. on September 25, 2003 at Sur La Table's Berkeley location, in which participants will learn how to make their trademark lemon zest, heirloom tomato and goat cheese pizza. They will also offer a tasting of raw milk cheeses, AOC cheeses and American cheeses from established and emerging cheesemakers. At 45 bucks a pop, I may very well attend. Hopefully, I'll be able to figure out how to make it less greasy.
